Tender Offer Result

Further to the announcement made on 31 July 2024, the Board can confirm that a total of 55,871 shares have been tendered at a price of £9.50 per Ordinary Share, representing a 27% take-up and a total return of £530,774.50 to shareholders.

The completion of the tender offer is subject to and conditional on the Company receiving requisite shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
