Further to the announcement made on 31 July 2023, the Board can confirm that a total of 53,327 shares have been tendered at a price of £9.50 per Ordinary Share, representing a 55% take-up and a total return of £506,606.50 to shareholders.

The completion of the tender offer is subject to and conditional on the Company receiving requisite shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.
