The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are please to report that at a Board Meeting held on 13 June 2022, it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 16p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 8 July 2022 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2022.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 17 June 2022.  The ex-dividend date will be 16 June 2022.
