Property Income Distribution

The Directors of Glenstone Property plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on Tuesday 7 December 2021 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 13p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 7 January 2022 in respect of the half year ended 30 September 2021.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 17 December 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 16 December 2021.
