Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary Share of 2p each

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 18 June 2024 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary Share of 2p each will be paid on 19 July 2024 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2024.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 28 June 2024.  The ex-dividend date will be 27 June 2024.
