Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary Share

The Directors of Glenstone REIT Plc are please to report that at a Board Meeting held on 6 June 2023 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 18p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid 7 July 2023 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2023.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 16 June 2023.  The ex-dividend date will be 15 June 2023.
