The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report at a Board Meeting held on 13 March 2025 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 11 April 2025 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2025.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 21 March 2025.  The ex-dividend date will be 20 March 2025.
