Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary Share of 2p each

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 16 December 2024 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 15p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 17 January 2025 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2025.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 20 December 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 19 December 2024.
