Property Income Distribution of 14p Ordinary Share of 2p each

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 17 September 2024 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 18 October 2024 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2025.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 27 September 2024. The ex-dividend date will be 26 September 2024.
