Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary Share

The Directors of Glenstone REIT plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 7 March 2023 it was resolved that an Interim Property Income Distribution of 14p per Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 6 April 2023 in respect of the year ended 31 March 2023.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 17 March 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 16 March 2023.
