Property Income Distribution of 13p per Ordinary share

The Directors of Glenstone REIT Plc are pleased to report that at a Board Meeting held on 8 December 2022 it was resolved that an interim Property Income Distribution of 13p Ordinary share of 2p each will be paid on 6 January 2023 in respect of the year ending 31 March 2023.

The distributions are made in respect of holdings registered as at 16 December 2022.  The ex-dividend date will be 15 December 2022.
