Notice of AGM and Result of Tender Offer

Glenstone Property Plc (the “Company”) hereby announces that its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 12pm (midday) on Wednesday 8 September 2021 at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, Mayfair, London W1J 5JD. The Notice of AGM, a copy of which is attached to this announcement, has been posted to shareholders today.
Following the tender offer announcement on 30 July 2021, the Company confirms that a total of 20,343 ordinary shares have been tendered, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If shareholder approval is granted, this will result in a payment of £183,087 by the Company. All 20,343 shares purchased by the Company will be held in treasury.
