Over the last quarter we have continued working in line with our strategy and completed a number of disposals including:

🏢 Didcot, Job Centre

🏪 Two mixed used assets in West Wickham and Greenwich

🏙️ A one-bedroom flat in Central London

🏭 Two small industrial units in West London  

Sam Russell commented, “We are delighted with the progress of disposing of these non core assets in our portfolio. The funds from these sales have been reinvested into more attractive investments let on long leases with strong fundamentals and good financial returns.”   The new additions to the Glenstone portfolio include;

🧲 Magnet Trade Counter in Norwich. Located in a prominent position on the Norwich ring road with a WAULT of 9.5 years to expiry.

🛍️ Woodbridge – A retail unit let to Peacocks Stores on a 10-year lease in the highly affluent town in Suffolk.

🍻 The Swan Inn, Haslemere – A highly prominent pub in the affluent Surrey town. Let to Stonegate Pubs on a 35-year lease expiring in 2039.

The above compliment the early year additions of B&M, Loughborough and WH Smith, Bury St Edmunds.
