Our Team
At Glenstone we have a dynamic team of professionals, with the board of directors consisting of two executive directors and three non-executive directors.
Ben joined Glenstone in 2012 as Property Director, formerly an investment agent at Knight Frank, Leslie Furness (King Sturge) and Kitchen La Frenais Morgan.
Ben was appointed Managing Director in June 2020 and oversees the strategic performance and analysis of the entire portfolio.
Previously as Property Director, Ben has been instrumental in the realignment of the portfolio and the Company's recent move to Central London.
Rob was appointed Finance Director in April 2021, having joined Glenstone in 2017 as Financial Controller, after spending over a decade in the accounting and auditing profession.
Rob, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with career exposure covering a variety of industries, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's financial and accounting operations.
Sam Russell MRICS
Property Investment Manager
Sam joined Glenstone in January 2019. He was previously a surveyor at Smith Price, specialising in the retail sector.
Sam, a Chartered Surveyor, is responsible for sourcing and executing direct property investments across all sectors as well as managing property disposals. He is also responsible for the asset management of the Glenstone portfolio and implementation of the group strategy.
Chris was appointed to the Board of Glenstone in 2012 and became Chairman in 2014. He has over 30 years of retail property experience and was CEO of Churston Heard, the UK’s largest independent Retail Property Consultancy before it was acquired by JLL. Chris sits on various company boards as a director.
Rakesh qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top five firm. His experience covers a number of business sectors including investment and asset holding companies, hedge funds and international clients. Rakesh has worked with companies in the financial sector for a number of years.
Adam qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. He was appointed Managing Director of London & Surrey group of companies in 2008. Formerly an investment and leasing agent with Edwin Hill Chartered Surveyors (now Altus Group). Adam is also a director of Alternative Income REIT plc.
Adam is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with his particular areas of expertise being in asset management and investment.
Adam initiated the merger of the London & Surrey group of companies with Glenstone in 2016.
